Special Workshop "Tango Nuevo: Elements to use in the dance floor"

Humberto and Lucia, are dancers and teachers based in Buenos Aires. They have been travelling around Europe where they have been sharing their practica, knowledge and ideas about tango. They dance in different styles but have focused on what is known as “Tango Nuevo” – They have trained with renowned teachers such as Gustavo Naveira and Giselle Anne- Chicho Frumboli and Eugenia Parrilla- Pablo and Dana- Melina Brufman- Luis Grondona and Marta Anthon- Carlos Gavito and Maria Plazaola

 The workshop will start with technique exercises which will facilitate communication, coordination and the understanding of movement. 

Humberto and Lucia will emphasize on the different subtle leading techniques as well as providing a more active role for followers.  

The workshop will be followed by a practica supervised by them where they will provide elements of different characteristic structures depending on the different music styles.
